David P. Dailey — President
Mr. Dailey joined Florence Corporation in March, 2001. Under his leadership, Florence has been awarded the sole supplier of the USPS Outdoor Delivery Equipment, the USPS Quality Supplier award twice, as well as the USPS Supplier Excellence award. Mr. Dailey serves as the Chairman of the USPS Postal Supplier Council. He received his bachelor’s degree from Gannon University and did graduate course work at Northwestern University.

John Altstadt — Vice President and General Manager
Mr. Altstadt has been with Florence Manufacturing since 1997. He is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing, engineering, production planning, inventory control and human resources. Prior to joining Florence, he held positions in production, materials, systems and general management with companies such as Borg Warner, Johnson Worldwide Associates, Beecham Cosmetics, Beatrice Foods and Accurate Fasteners. Mr. Altstadt holds a bachelors’ degree in Business from Lewis University. He currently serves on the local Flinthills Breadbasket Board and Manhattan Chamber of Commerce Board.

Kerri Winter — Vice President of Accounting and Administration
Ms. Winter joined Florence Manufacturing in April, 2005. She is responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and planning, credit and collections and information systems activities within the company. Previous to working at Florence, her experience included work at American Italian Pasta Co., Hill’s Pet Nutrition Division of Colgate Palmolive, and Koch Industries. She holds a bachelors’ degree in Business Administration from Bethany College and is a CPA in Kansas.

Stacy Kohlmeier — Business Development Director
Ms. Kohlmeier joined Florence Manufacturing in September, 2003. She is responsible for overseeing all customer service, sales, marketing, new business and product development activities. Prior to joining Florence, she was Economic Development Director at the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce and spent 17 years in senior management roles at Western Resources, Inc. She currently serves on the local Manhattan Planning Board, the United Way Board, the Manhattan Technical College Board and the Fort Hays Alumni Board. Ms. Kohlmeier holds a bachelors’ degree in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University.

Ty Arneson -- Engineering Director
Mr. Arneson has been with Florence Manufacturing since October, 2003. He is responsible for overseeing all engineering activities and facility management. Previous to joining Florence, he held a senior management position with Genmar and was an engineer at ABB. Mr. Arneson holds a bachelors’ and masters’ degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kansas State University.

Paul Dittmar -- Quality Director
Mr. Dittmar joined Florence Manufacturing in September, 2001. He is responsible for overseeing all quality control functions within the company. Previous to joining Florence, he was a Professional Engineer, a Certified Quality Engineer, and a lead quality auditor diploma from a RAB™ accredited firm. Mr. Dittmar holds bachelors' and masters degrees in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University, as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago. He has also successfully completed the local "Leadership Manhattan" program.
